D	David Elizabeth Kenyon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well placed at edge of town for visits to centre but also overlooking splendid beach with superb sea views. Apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Only drawback .. be aware there are steps to apartments, to bar, to all facilities and to beach. Private parking in the complex but may not be close to apartment!

Pool and downstairs cafe never opened at 9 am as they advertised. We always needed to wait 10-20 min as the staff was not ready to work at this time. Once we were told: “You are on holiday, why don’t you sleep?” One evening there was a pipe accident and all the complex was cut off the water for 24 hours. The maintenance should fix it straight away in the evening not wait till middle of next day so people could not shower or use the toilet next morning.
B	Beatriz Serna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment we rented and the complex are very comfortable. Ocean views, 5 min walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches (if not the best) of Algarve. The pool is also great with amazing view to the beach. Perfect place to relax.

They asked asked us to make it til 8:00pm, which we (after some changes in the plans) did. We arrived at 7:20pm and the reception was already closed. The key was left with a security guy, who told us we need to do check-in in the morning, with reception opening at 9am. So we needed to reschedule our trip again because we needed to head out early in the morning. Then we came to reception and the receptionist told us that it was not necessary. Non of the personal was nice. The accommodation is okay, however the communication and services are poor. Definitely would not recommend if you are on some kind of schedule or if you don’t want to change your plans according reception working hours :).
M	Mike Brouwer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place needs maintenance and a much higher service level. Pool is freezing cold... Lots of drunk noisy people around making noise all night. The shops were all closed. Location to the beach is nice, but too dangerous too swim in. Go here to take a picture and go somewhere else.

The confirmation email instructed us to arrive before 8pm, so we were surprised to find the office and everything completely closed when we got there at 5pm. No note or email to explain what to do and no sign of anyone around. We eventually found the security guard who had no idea someone was supposed to check in. After calling around a few people and checking our email several times, he was finally able to give us a key - to a room that wasn't ready for someone to check in (all furniture gathered in the centre, fridges unplugged and open etc). Aside from that everything was clean, the room was comfortable and it's a nice short wall into town! Had check in been smoother, we would have been more inclined to come back.
