★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pequeña iglesia, situada frente a la iglesia matriz de Nuestra Señora de la Laguna (Nossa Senhora da Lagoa), erigida durante el siglo XVI e incorporada al complejo del antiguo Hospital del Espíritu Santo. Construida en estilo barroco, es de una arquitectura muy simple; en su fachada podemos destacar el escudo real de mármol de época de José I; en su interior se exhibe una imagen del señor Jesús de los Pasos, patrón de Monsaraz, ofrenda del duque de Bragança, Teodosio II. En cualquier caso, nada de relevante interés; si la encontramos abierta, podemos darle un vistazo ya que la entrada es gratuita. El horario de apertura es de 09.30 a 12.30 y de 14.00 a 18.00 horas.
Small church, located in front of the mother church of Nuestra Señora de la Laguna (Nossa Senhora da Lagoa), erected during the 16th century and incorporated into the complex of the former Hospital of the Holy Spirit. Built in baroque style, it is of a very simple architecture; on its facade we can highlight the royal marble coat of arms of José I; inside there is an image of the Lord Jesus of the Steps, patron saint of Monsaraz, offering of the Duke of Bragança, Theodosius II. In any case, nothing of relevant interest; if we find it open, we can take a look since the entrance is free. The opening hours are from 09:30 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 18:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pequeña capilla barroca más que iglesia de fachada encalada como la mayor parte de las construcciones de Monsaraz aunque, como dicen los entendidos, este blanco no es tan antiguo pues los muros de todo el pueblo son de pizarra, igual que las murallas.
En el retablo mayor un cuadro de la Visitación y en una hornacina lateral acristalada un Nazareno. Varios cuadritos recuerdos de favores hacia los fieles y en el coro la sillería y la silla del Abad de la cofradía de la Misericordia.
A small baroque chapel rather than a church with a whitewashed façade like most of the buildings in Monsaraz, although, as the experts say, this white is not as old as the walls of the whole town are made of slate, like the walls.
In the main altarpiece a painting of the Visitation and in a side glazed niche a Nazarene. Several small boxes of favors to the faithful and in the choir the chairs and the chair of the Abbot of the brotherhood of Mercy.
