★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a good place to come and visit... However not the best to eat, restaurants are expensive and little variations to menu. Way before you come for a tour and save some money. Apart from that great place for a walk on the beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are planning to get here from Faro or Olhão, beware it should take more than 1 hour. I would recommend Ilha do Farol, cleaner place with more food options.
Stayed here for a few days, did not find a decent place to eat or a nice place to just relax and drink something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. Not crowded at all. Village is a very atmospheric. Beach is clean and there only some people. Way to the beach is through wooden bridge under desert. In the high tide one can see waters coming to desert, it looks super beautiful.
