★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got there at 8:40 AM - it was still closed. Had tried calling for 40 min, no one answered, the automatic answerer said open from 8, and that "all agents" where bussy. They even said that they had taken my no. and that they would call me back. They never called. Very unprofessionel.

Come for the blood test which supost to start at 8 am yet the nurse didn't start until 8:30
Nurse at the same time do for and receptionist... I think that is making you wonder how professional people are working here in Vilamoura hospital
I thought when you coming private hospital you expect priority services. Yet you still have to wait up to an hour
I just wonder for what you are paying here for ?
Pls stay healthy or wait until you go home ... Yet if you don't have another choice... choose a clinic in loule
Professional helpful smilig staff and there at list you know what you are paying for ... for high private services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I produced my European Health Insurance Card to the receptionist, she took the details, I saw the doctor. I was then informed on my way out that the Insurance card is not covered in this clinic and was told I had to pay €50. When I got to the chemist I was told the the prescription was written on a type not covered and that cost almost €25 for the tablets. Tell clients beforehand what your costs are and don't see them first and then surprise them with your bills! Are you scammers... This place doesn't deserve 1*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there Sunday morning, driving after half an hour. Got there for 12 noon (before 13h, when it says it closes) but arrived on time and it was closed. I also tried calling 3 times and also no response. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One receptionist was very friendly and helpful (the youngest one), however on the way back another receptionist looked bothered with my questions about availability of another doctor. Unbelievable, but she (the older receptionist) also refused to give me my analysis back to consult another clinic. Since they are not able to do an ultrasound in Villamoura, they send me to their clinic in Loule and made me wait a week. "If it is emergency, call 112 if you don't want to wait" was their answer. However I have no idea if it is emergency or not without ultrasound. Paid more than 70$, spent all my day there and came back home with no answers.
Looks like with "international clinic" they mean their fancy closet and reception, but the lack of ultrasound machine and empathetic doctors. By the way, the doctor looked like he was extremely busy to spend another minute answering questions about my analysis. Never again.
