★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used their accounting services for two years. First year went well, unfortunately the second year didn’t. Maybe it’s because I was a small client paying only 300€ per month.
They lack organization: Every question I had was unanswered unless I pushed 2-3-4 times. Some questions I asked 1 year ago still remain unanswered.
They lack understanding: When asking a question they usually answer by just copy pasting (not explaining) the laws I already read but didn’t understand.
They also lack pro-activity: They never told me I was sending invoices that were not valid - it took them two years to tell me that the restaurant invoices I was sending them on a monthly basis for 2 years were not going to be validated by taxes because of missing information.
They lack professionalism: when changing accountant, my new accountant had to request our documents 3 times and we had to contact the order of accountants before they finally sent us the documents.
Last but not least, the new accountant found out taxes had been calculated wrong for a year on all payslips, ending up in us paying way more taxes than we actually should have.
My suggestion? Find someone else.
