Que tem dentadas no cabo ???tá demais o bar da praia. Para finalizar ainda mandam expor a situação para o e-mail que eles colocam aqui. Mas nunca respondem (risos)
I mean I buy a 1500 euros mobile phone and when the charger cable malfunctions they don’t change because the warranty doesn’t cover and claim misuse and still say
That has bites in the cable ???tá too much the beach bar. To finish, they still have the situation exposed to the email they put here. But they never answer (laughs)

Sou um cliente fluente naquela loja mas o que me fizeram na minha última visita foi inadmissível, fiz uma reserva cheguei a loja as 21:59 e a porta estava fechada com 4 clientes no interior da loja, disse que vinha buscar uma reserva mas recusaram me a entrega-la porque vieram falar comigo só as 22:02 e já tinha passado da hora. A desculpa deles foi " São ordens de sima não posso abrir a porta depois das 22:00 apesar de estamos a porta mais cedo.
It is a store with top quality products. I am a fluent customer in that store but what they did to me on my last visit was unacceptable, I made a reservation I arrived at the store at 9:59 pm and the door was closed with 4 customers inside the store, said he was coming to get a reservation but they refused me delivering it because they came to talk to me only at 10:02 pm and it was past time. Their excuse was "They are orders of sima I cannot open the door after 22:00 although we are the door earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após o meu iPhone deixar de funcionar, desligou de repente, e não ligou mais mais, deixei-o na loja do parque nascente. Após vários dias de espera disseram-me que era a placa mãe que tinha avariado e custava 680€ a reparação, após pagar 25€ para o orçamento e esperar semana e meia para o recuperar, seguidamente levei o telemóvel a outra loja e repararam o mesmo por 89€ com uma simples troca da bateria.
After my iPhone stopped working, it suddenly turned off, and it didn't turn on anymore, I left it at the store in the nascent park. After several days of waiting they told me that it was the motherboard that had failed and cost € 680 to repair, after paying € 25 for the budget and waiting a week and a half to recover it, then I took the phone to another store and they repaired the same for € 89 with a simple battery change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei o Iphone13 Pro Max 512 no dia 24 de Setembro com a previsão de entrega em meados de Outubro, e hoje, dia 10 de Novembro quando presencialmente indaguei sobre o estado da minha encomenda esta não se encontrava na pasta dos pedidos, em papel. Depois de eu muito insistir, o funcionário consultou o computador onde verificou que constava a encomenda. Este, não tendo qualquer explicação para a falta e na tentativa de me enganar, imprimiu discretamente a encomenda e apresentou-a dizendo que finalmente a tinha encontrado noutra pasta e que o prazo de entrega seria no inicio do ano.
Esta tentativa de ludribriar o cliente é completamente inadmissivel e indigna de uma marca com a imagem que a Apple detém.
Não voltarei a comprar nesta loja
I ordered the Iphone13 Pro Max 512 on the 24th of September with the expected delivery in mid-October, and today, the 10th of November, when I asked in person about the status of my order, it was not in the paper order folder. After I insisted a lot, the employee consulted the computer where he found the order. This one, not having any explanation for the absence and in an attempt to deceive me, discreetly printed the order and presented it saying that he had finally found it in another folder and that the delivery period would be at the beginning of the year.
This attempt to deceive the customer is completely inadmissible and unworthy of a brand with the image that Apple holds.
I will not buy from this store again
