Assim sendo, trouxe outro relógio da mesma marca, que tinha o mesmo defeito. Foi para a garantia mais 2 vezes, em que me foi dito que o claro defeito era inexistente. Pedi a devolução do dinheiro novamente, visto que não gostava de mais nenhum outro relógio, que me foi negado novamente. Depois de tentar resolver o assunto a bem, sem sucesso, resolvi escrever no livro de reclamações e passar o processo para a DECO (que também não resolveu o problema). Continuei a tentar resolver o problema diretamente com a loja apesar de tudo, em que fui tratado rudemente pelo dono do estabelecimento. Definitivamente não recomendo comprar nesta loja. I bought a watch in this store that had a defect, went to warranty 3 times. On the third I asked for the money back, which I was denied. So I brought another watch of the same brand, which had the same defect. I went to the warranty 2 more times, when I was told that the clear defect was nonexistent. I asked for the money back again, since I disliked any other watch, which I was denied again. After trying to resolve the issue well, without success, I decided to write in the complaint book and pass the process to DECO (which didn't solve the problem either). I kept trying to solve the problem directly with the store after all, where I was treated rudely by the shop owner. Definitely not recommend buying at this store.

Á	ÁLVARO ROCHA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não obstante ter sido apenas por contacto telefónico, hoje dia 20 de Dezembro pelas 10H45, a simpatia e profissionalismo da colaboradora foram excepcionais, resolveu-me um enorme problema, e dia 22 estarei na vossa loja do VC para levantar a respectiva encomenda, conforme o combinado. Hoje, 4ª Feira imediatamente ao abrir lá estava eu para levantar a reserva efectuada, o meu muito obrigado à menina Sandra pelo trabalho do embrulho e muita simpatia e igualmente à menina Liliana que ontem me tinha telefonada a avisar que a minha encomenda já se encontrava ao meu dispor. Votos de um feliz Natal e um excelente 2022. P.S. - peço imensa desculpa por não ter fixado o nome da colaboradora da loja do Parque Nascente em causa.
