★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry, but this is just bad. First visit: a strand of hair in the pannacotta. Second visit: the most bland and almost disgusting pasta gambas I’ve ever had - tasted of nothing but butter and oil. Won’t be a third visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panzerotti di Ricotta were not real Panzerotti. Not only: arrived still frozen inside ! really frozen! The Risotto of gambas and sapateira (dish of the day) was quite terrible: full of garlic. Left half on the dish! Maybe they need someone in the kitchen that love his job and is interested in giving customers a good experience. Service was really good and the table employed tried to solved the situation.

I ordered a spinach and parmesan soup which was literally hot water, grated parmesan and finely chopped, still raw, spinach, swimming in heavy cream.
The main dish was a great disappointment as well. The girelli was about 4 strands of tagliatelle, swirled in coils, with bland, boiled spinach in the middle. The whole dish was covered in probably a whole head of cheese, with three halved, raw cherry tomatoes, so disappointingly bland, so tasteless.
My partner's dish, the orange duck risotto, was just as tasteless, and also came with different ingredients that what was stated, for example, chives instead of parsley, and no orange.
The staff is lovely and super polite, and I'm sure they are tired of hearing this feedback from customers, so with this review I'm hopeful that management takes some action.
