As marcações que fiz tinham de ser urgentes e foram marcadas como tal. Uma das coisas que me chamou também à atenção e essencial para qualquer cliente, foram todas as respostas que me deram às minhas dúvidas que tinha na altura sempre respondidas com bastante profissionalismo. Obrigada a toda a equipa pelo vosso trabalho e dedicação. Medidental was my most correct choice, both in cleaning (scaling) and in tooth extraction. I was assisted by a friendly, concerned team with a very professional and attentive pre and post intervention service. The appointments I made had to be urgent and were marked as such. One of the things that also caught my attention and essential for any client, were all the answers that gave me to my doubts that I had at the time always answered with a lot of professionalism. Thank you to the whole team for your work and dedication.

Aqui foi muito simples, para alem do atendimento 5, a médica explicou me tudo e em apenas em 3 consultas, conseguiu resolver-me o problema que me afligia há semanas! Posso confessar que fiquei fã, da clínica. I visited some dentists nearby, until I got to this one, as they couldn't solve my problem. Here it was very simple, in addition to the 5 service, the doctor explained everything to me and in just 3 consultations, she managed to solve the problem that had been afflicting me for weeks! I can confess that I was a fan of the clinic.

D	David Shamash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solid enough experience. The place is clean, the machinery is new. The lady who did my cleaning was very friendly and spoke English. Overall it was perfectly fine, not the best and far from the worst. Easy spot to get a quick cleaning in Lisbon.
L	Ljiljana Logar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disrespectful and unprofessional. I went there twice to have initial and (supposedly free) consultations with a dentist without even seeing the dentist. First they sent me to the wrong clinic, and the second time they wanted to charge me 5 euros of equipment cost, which I refused as another surprise from them, on which they offered me to receive me if I come back later to bring 5 euros! As if their potential customers have nothing better to do but going there and bargaining for first free consultations. I understand this kind of negligence can happen in public sector, but for a private clinic I found it absolutely unacceptable.

The Receptionist lady was totally arrogant and unfriendly and with their patient no has a little bit of smiling face. And about the doctor she was skinny i don't know her name but she was also very faster may she waiting next client and the main fact is they are doctor so they should know how can they save a teeth but she suggested me take out your teeth but its not a solution this treatment end of the last treatment if their has no way nothing to do but she didn’t tried to tell me a better plane for me that i can save my teeth. Doctor should must give time to patient and understand to patient what they not if it’s possible and receptionist must may friendly with patient with smiles face bcoz their salary came from the patient. I will never recommend this client to my community and migrants friends
