★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They serve one of my favourite dishes, linguine pescatore, so I can only give them 5. The food is overall very good and not at all expensive for the quality. I dont eat anywhere else at Alegro Alfragide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst services and food that I have received in such a long time. Absolutely absurd.
First of all, we waited to be seated for more than 15 minutes, just because the workers took much calmness to clear up and accommodate the newcomers.
Second, the starters arrived 5' after we sat, however for whatever mysterious reason the waiter forgot to send the full order to the kitchen and our dishes only came.... 45 MINUTES LATE!
Not only that, but he didn't even consider an apology and, to make matters worse, the recommended dish was very poor, both in taste and quality.
The bill, of course, didn't include any courtesy, we weren't event invited to have a coffee/ shot on the house.
A really poor experience which will prevent us from coming ever again.
The company should be looking at this very seriously if they want the business to prosper.
