★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonei para pedir orçamento e foi-me indicado um valor, o qual quando me desloquei ao local (visto não terem serviço de transporte para particulares) o valor era completamente diferente mas do género dia para a noite... Desculpando o valor com conversas do diz que disse e o diz que não disse relativo ao tamanho das jantes e da pintura das mesmas...
Pelo valor final apresentado e por terem desde logo referido que a cor da pintura ia ser diferente das outras que não iam ser reparadas, não me transmitiram confiança suficiente para as que iam ser reparadas ficarem em estado original o que pela diferença irrisória de preço vou enviar para uma outra reparadora mais a norte que ja vi pessoalmente trabalhos feitos pela mesma em que indiscutivelmente é o pretendido ao recuperar jantes ao estado original e não gasto mais combustivel e tempo pessoal numa segunda viagem. Não senti honestidade no negocio e em termos de negocio, não recomendo.
 I called to ask for a quote and I was given a fee, which when I went to the place (since they do not have a shuttle service for private individuals) the fee was completely different but of the kind overnight ... Excusing the fee with conversations from says he said and says he didn't say about the size of the rims and their paint ...
Due to the final value presented and because they immediately said that the color of the painting was going to be different from the others that were not going to be repaired, they did not give me enough confidence that the ones that were going to be repaired would be in original condition, which I will send for the ridiculous difference in price for another repairer further north that I have personally seen work done by the same company, which undoubtedly is what was intended when recovering rims to their original state and no longer spent fuel and personal time on a second trip. I didn't feel honest in the business and in terms of business, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quanto ao trabalho não sei mas quando me dizem que tenho que ir a Torres Vedras para pedir um orçamento de pintura de jante, enviando fotografias e etc, percebe-se logo com que tipo de casa estamos a trabalhar...
E como alguém aqui já disse que ficou péssimo e que só perdeu dinheiro e viagens, quero mais é que continuem a vingar no mercado pelo péssimo atendimento..
Muito mau, sem sensibilidade nenhuma.
Eu se não sei dar uma resposta rápida ao cliente, por exemplo a nível de roupa, então que estou eu a fazer a vender roupa?
Completamente sem noção do que é o atendimento ao público. Para eles é só dizer bom dia e passe cá.
Tristeza de mentalidades.
As for the work, I don't know but when they tell me that I have to go to Torres Vedras to ask for a quote for rim painting, sending photos etc., it's immediately clear what kind of house we're working with...
And as someone here has already said that it was terrible and that they only lost money and travel, I want them to continue to thrive in the market for the poor service...
Too bad, no sensitivity at all.
If I don't know how to give a quick answer to the customer, for example regarding clothes, then what am I doing selling clothes?
Completely unaware of what customer service is. For them, just say good morning and come by.
Sadness of mentalities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei desempenar 2 jantes de mota e pintar. A unica coisa que veio boa foi a pintura.
As jantes ja foram 3 vezes para tras porque nao veem desempenhadas. E desta última vez ja está lá à 3 semanas e nada de jante.
Nada a apontar ao comercial porque não tem culpa dos empregados nao saberem fazer o seu trabalho correctamente
I had 2 motorcycle wheels straightened and painted. The only thing that came out good was the painting.
The rims have already been back 3 times because they don't see performed. And this last time it's been there for 3 weeks and no dinner.
Nothing to point to the salesperson because it's not the employees' fault for not knowing how to do their job correctly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anunciam que reparam jantes em magnésio mas depois de muito insistir, vem uma "Ana que não tem formação para atender clientes a dizer que não reparam mas não sabe porquê... nem vai explicar mais nada.
They announce that they repair magnesium rims but after a lot of insisting, comes a "Ana who has no training to serve customers saying they don't repair it but she doesn't know why... she won't explain anything else.
