★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje por volta das 11h30 fui muito mal atendida, quando questionei se teriam outro par de sapatilhas, pois as que iria levar teriam uma mancha, disseram que não mas além disso a funcionária foi extremamente desagradável na maneira de falar "quer levar, leva, se não quer não leva" de maneira arrogante. Sem noção da maneira de falar, sem respeito pelo cliente, já na mesma loja, na tentativa de fazer uma troca de um artigo que descoseu na 2° lavagem, gerente de loja também não foi muito cuidadosa a tratar do assunto. Deviam de dar formação de atendimento ao público. Loja a não voltar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo compras online. Demora muito tempo a entrega (cerca de 2 semanas) e não há qualquer tipo de comunicação com o cliente após o pagamento, claro. Apenas uma mensagem a dizer encomenda enviada e então andas 14 dias a ver se chega ou foi extraviada.
I do not recommend shopping online. Delivery takes a long time (about 2 weeks) and there is no communication with the customer after payment, of course. Just a message saying order sent and then you have 14 days to see if it arrived or was lost.
