Allow a professional amazing hairdresser with so much experience and amazing service plus skills go. With this you are losing customers I from my part I am living with my trusted hairdresser to a different salon. Please bear in mind you are losing with this behavior customer's you should find for a professional experience hairdresser in your team to stay not just say ok by. Commen sense plus talk is relevant and is the key. Nevertheless a great experience always. Muito obrigado

Have been there 3 times now, twice for a haircut (both awesome, different stylists) and yesterday for a balayage, I added my green hair colour in the evening on top of it and it looks damn awesome!! 10 years of fun colours and this is probably the one that turned out the best and closest to what I wanted :D I almost wanted to keep the bleach colour and add plain yellow later for a full Barbie effect. Maybe next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used JLD services in Colombo 7 years ago and was happy with my cut, so decided to go there again. I was lucky to get an appointment on the same day despite the salon being busy (which is a good sign of course).
I had a highlights or french bayalage as my receipt says. The result is good. Although I wanted to be a bit blonder. But still it is good since I look more natural. I think it suits me anyway. But yeah soemthing blonder would be a little bit better for the autumn.
I also got my cut corrected, which is what was spotted right away. Thank you for this. I fot perfectly cut & trimmed hair now. The previous cut was done also in JLD but in Baixa Chiado, which looked straight but somehow wasnt as Colombo girls told me. So JLD Colombo corrected in a way another JLD salon's work. Very attentive and very precise:)
I am overall happy with the service and the result. I really liked the hairdresser who did my hair (I think her name was Melanie? not sure), but she was helped by I guess a manager. She was very professional and we could understand each other super easy despite a talking barrier. She has a gift to work with people.
I wish that we were left bit more alone and not observed by another colleague, who was literally like staring at my hairdresser's work. I felt intimidated and not sure if it was good for my hairdresser to be under such a weird pressure. Please make sure that this doesn't happen. This was not comfortable for me as a customer. As I said my hairdresser was helped by another lady(I guess manager) which was very easy and professional and that's all fine and welcomed, but the other person(female) who also worked there was a little bit too much. I felt quite uncomfortable tbh. Please try to avoid that. It felt like she hates my hairdresser or something like that. I am just sharing how it felt to me.
Also the reception lady was nice and we talked things through with care before my appointment. So five stars also for this.
Thank you for having me. Being in a hairdresser chair is not the easiest time for me since I naturally get bored. hahaha:) But it was worth to spend few hours with your guys:) Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go there,they'll ruin your hair. The worst service i ever received. I went for highlights on my black hair and they turned my hair to orange. And when I complained about it they only put black dye on my hair to cover the orange color! And basically made my hair back to how it was before but they charged the full price for coloring. They said there is a protocol(which they refused to show me because its internal!) that if the job is not done correctly they will try to fix and if fixing was not successful (in my case)client still have to pay the full price and then they will go through some bureaucratic procedures and I have to wait for a call to fix it again. I'm not satisfied at all and feel that I've been rubbed. I do not recommend this hair salon to anyone
