Desde falta de profissionalismo, péssimo atendimento com nenhuma precisão ou conhecimento dos assuntos a um notório mau ambiente, logo quando se entra. Perdem-se papeis importantes, leva-se um tempo inusitado para passar ou carimbar qualquer documento solicitado e parece que se conversa muito de temas caricatos como os filhos das funcionárias, as sua escolas e comidas, o que é perfeitamente condenável e patético. Uma mudança integral de pessoal e da chefia é pertinente!
The worst that can be!
From lack of professionalism, poor service with no precision or knowledge of matters to a notorious bad environment, right when you enter. Important papers are lost, it takes an unusual amount of time to pass or stamp any requested document and it seems that a lot of ridiculous topics are talked about, such as the employees' children, their schools and meals, which is perfectly reprehensible and pathetic. A complete change of personnel and management is pertinent!

Very bad service! Employees with typical civil service culture in the 70s. It has been a long time since I saw such ignorance and arrogance in a civil servant. A sadness!

The lady in the office really raised my blood pressure, she was very rude and aimed to make me feel stupid and even more confused than before. She just wanted to get rid of me and kick me out of the office. As I entered, I was ignored completely and the lady pretend I was not there. I didn't expect too much because hello Portugal (normal attitude in offices there) but this was beyond frustrating!!!! I wish I never had to go there again!!!!!!
