My family and I were met with great sympathy by the staff, who gave us all the explanations. There are a lot of people but we have been informed in advance.

Todos os dias forma-se filas infinitas de espera para tratar de qualquer assunto e a partir das 11 horas já não existem senhas...é impressionante!! Péssimo em tudo! Do pior que há!!! Terrible services as well as terrible employees, obnoxious and even rude. Service without any control and mediocre leadership. Every day there are endless lines of waiting to deal with any matter and from 11 am onwards there are no more passwords...it's amazing!! Terrible at everything! The worst ever!!!

Sem marcação levantei CC e obtive passaporte em menos de 30 minutos às 14h30.. Funcionárias muito profissionais e sempre com um sorriso nos lábios. Adorei uma vez mais. 1st Conservatory of R Predial de Cascais. Super impeccable service, fast and objective. Without appointment I got CC and got my passport in less than 30 minutes at 2.30pm .. Staff very professional and always with a smile on their lips. Loved it once more.

É uma vergonha de um serviço público!!!! The employees of the Cascais Conservatory must all be sleeping. I've been trying to get in touch by phone for almost an hour and no one answers. !! It's a shame for a public service !!!!

After 20+ phone calls finally some one is answering - just to immediately hang up on me! This institution is an absolute joke and the worst example of Portuguese bureaucracy!!!!

It took 5 visits to this office just to get her birth registered and then they sent the documents to the wrong address. Burocracy in portugal makes me want to scream.
