★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A maquina até pode ser boa, mas a assistência é uma verdadeira roubalheira, 40€ de deslocação para ver o que a maquina tem e mais 40€ para a deslocação do técnico para arranjar, alem de demorar duas semanas desde o pedido até o arranjo final, uma bandalheira.
Agora ganha-se dinheiro com deslocações, na vez de se cobrar o valor adequado para a deslocação.
Não sabem o que vendem e recomendam ao cliente a opção mais vantajosa para a empresa, e não a mais adequada a real necessidade do cliente.
O vendedor diz que aquela é a maquina certa, depois quando vem o técnico, diz exactamente o contrario ... desacreditando o próprio colega.
Desaconselho negócios que possam envolver qualquer tipo de assistência técnica com esta marca.
 The machine may be good, but the assistance is a real stealer, 40 € travel to see what the machine has and another 40 € for the technician to arrange it, besides taking two weeks from the order to the final arrangement , a bandalera.
Now money is made from travel, instead of charging the appropriate amount for travel.
They do not know what they sell and recommend to the customer the most advantageous option for the company, and not the most adequate to the real need of the customer.
The salesman says that is the right machine, then when the technician comes, he says exactly the opposite ... discrediting his colleague.
I advise against businesses that may involve any type of technical assistance with this brand.
