O Coronel tem de se reinventar e começa a elaboração de um plano de expansão para vender o seu frango. Com 62 anos, abriu o 1º KFC em Salt Lake City (Utah).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive trough - Horrible service. Waited 2 hours just to speak with the register worker (Whom by the way was giving attention to her colleagues, laughing and not paying attention to what I was saying) and another 1 additional hour to receive my food.
Cherry on top as a bonus -> received wrong things I didn't order.
Really, really bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Drive through, worker in the cash machine one of the worst ever in my lifetime, inflexible, discourteous, my order last forever, and it came cold as ice, and quality of food was so bad that I became with a horrible stomach ache and acid reflux, next day was worst in bathroom. Never come again. Stay away at least from this store and demand better services, prices are not cheap either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burguer bun was cold, fries were cold as well, we were treated as of they were doing us a major service when it's us that pay their salaries. Asked for menu, the employee didn't even ask what would be the beverage of choice and when we noticed that, she acted as if she was incredibly annoyed.
Also asked for both burguers spicy, none came as such. When the request was finished, it was simply placed on the counter, next to the cellphones and we were shouted our order was ready (restaurant was completely empty).
Overall not even 1 Star worth.
Last time I was in a KFC restaurant, I was served raw chicken thighs, at that time I was informed 'this os the classic way of KFC, chicken is meant to be served like that.'
This was about 13 years ago, now I was reminded why I stopped consuming KFC products, again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't that great, they told us only 1 person is allowed in which would make sense if that 1 person is paying for everyone but how does that work If other people are paying for their own food? This place always finds a way to overcook the food and its really slow service, the one in forum Montijo is so much better! Go there instead!

Rest of customers are not happy at all.
