★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das senhoras do atendimento na clinica é mal educada, quando se está no atendimento ao público, deve-se ter consideração por quem representa. Assim, deste modo, parece que está ali de favor, não tem modos na forma como fala. Esperemos que não tratem os animais da mesma forma que fui atendida.
 One of the ladies of care at the clinic is rude, when you are in attendance to the public, you should be considerate of who you represent. So in this way it seems to be there in favor, it has no ways in the way it speaks. Hopefully they will not treat animals the same way I was treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica veterinária tem meia dúzia de gaiatas, que percebem tanto de cães como eu de girafas. Desta vez e da vez que estive anteriormente tive problemas com à tosquia do meu Bichon aí , disseram-me que o cão tinha azar. Pela segunda vez o cão me aparece com o anus cortado e feridas na barriga. Não contém mais comigo .
The veterinary clinic has half a dozen gaiat, who know both dogs and me giraffes. This time and the time I was earlier I had problems with shearing my Bichon there, I was told that the dog was unlucky. For the second time the dog appears to me with the anus cut and wounds in the belly. It doesn't contain me anymore.

Not even a star deserves it. My sister contacted yesterday to care for a baby kitten. They said that only by appointment and had no vacancy. Thanks for nothing. The bug died during this night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É de lamentar como se trata os clientes da clínica vet em coina. Telefone não se atende, por isso desloquei me presencialmente no dia 17 Agosto às 11,40h.a porta estava fechada toquei à campainha 2 vezes e nada de atender. Verifiquei que estava um sr ao telefone dentro do balcão, mas não se deu ao trabalho de abrir a porta nem fazer qualquer sinal de espera. Aguardei 10 minutos até que me vi embora. Gostaria de saber se são voluntários ou funcionários que recebem o seu ordenado pago por esses mesmos clientes. Paulo Pereira
It is a pity how the clients of the vet clinic in Coina are treated. The phone doesn't answer, so I went in person on August 17th at 11.40h.the door was closed, I rang the bell twice and I didn't answer. I noticed that someone was on the phone inside the counter, but he didn't bother to open the door or make any sign of waiting. I waited 10 minutes until I found myself gone. I would like to know if they are volunteers or employees who receive their salary paid by these same customers. Paulo Pereira

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonamos para confirmar a existência de uma marca específica de comida renal para gato, a empregada de serviço confirmou positivamente. Quando chegamos à loja, não havia nem nunca houve. Após contato com a responsável, encontrou- se uma solução. Obrigado à Dra responsável pela loja.
We called to confirm the existence of a specific brand of kidney cat food, the maid on duty confirmed positively. When we got to the store, there wasn't and never has been. After contacting the person in charge, a solution was found. Thanks to the Dr responsible for the store.

We took him to this vet planet and all the staff was very helpful and kind, as we bought him sick and it was not our fault, vet planet did not charge us any money for the care of my little pup. They were so kind and informed me and kept me updated each day I called. And told me that it is totally okay to call and ask how my pup was doing at anytime, or if i had questions and doubts. The service is great and my pup is very happy and healthy now! thank you
