★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was decent, though the burger i took was too small for the Bun. Service was pretty slow and you couldn't pay in credit card unless you're a Portuguese citizen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This KFC is dangerous! I do not know why I keep giving them another chance… perhaps because I remember how good it should be. In the year I have ordered via Uber eats from this location I have been poisoned so many times I have lost count with 12 hours of non stop vomiting, regular stomach reactions with aches and runny tummy, food has arrived still frozen (I could not believe that!!!!), the orders are consistently incorrect, always arrives cold and dry. Their fries are the most revolting I have ever tasted. Right now I am dealing yet again with another KFC poisoning and have been running to the toilet for the last 12 hours.
I believe that this location truly needs to be investigated and shut down at the soonest time as the hygiene and cooking standards are a risk to public health. I thought the Antas one was bad but this takes it to another level. If this brand cannot be operated safely in Portugal it should cease to operate here. If the staff cannot be trained to run a safe kitchen with the global standards of KFC, then KFC must leave the country… your reputation for me is now ruined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting about 10min for the person to take my order because I had a few questions , he walked me to the machine to order (as if I didn't know that was an option).
*Food is good as expected from KFC*
Tables should be cleaned between customers which wasn't the case at least after 9pm all the table were pretty dirty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered from here on Glovo. They completely got the order wrong. I bought a meal with 30% off, so they didn't include my burger, I got the wrong drink, and they gave me mixed chips when I specifically ordered 'rustic' chips. 1* service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice food, not crispy as expected but acceptable. The taste and portion are good. The food is prepared in short the time.
Sitting outside is not very recommended due to the pigeons, and not well covered in rainy days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small KFC directly next to a grocery store and therefore many parking spots are available. It's also very close to busstops and a metro station and therefore easy to reach. Fast Uber Eats delivery and also fast food preparation in the restaurant. I recommend it.

Staff is friendly and speaks English.
Just in case they gave 5 ketchup for one small fries ?

Pros:
1. Parking accessible for wheelchair.
2. Entrance accessible for wheelchair.
3. Free parking for customers. The parking area is quite big.
4. Offer drive through order, dine in, take away, or delivery online order with some providers.
5. Wearing a mask is a must.
6. Hand sanitizer is provided by the store.
7. Order directly to the cashier, or screen.
8. Payment by cash or Multibanco.
9. Allow to use Continente card to claim some discounts.
10. Well-decorated space, cozy, clean, and good light.
11. Many tables available for dine-in. Outdoor seating is available.
12. Kind, helpful workers.
13. Free toilet.
14. Free wifi.
15. Strategic location near Continente Campo Augusto.
16. Offer good promotions in selected days.
17. The chicken wings is crispy and tasty.
Cons:
1. The promotion picture is quite confusing. They should do better advertising (flyer promotion).
