★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, na hora do jantar dirigi me a esta loja (parque nascente) KFC por volta das 22h e pedi dois menus Mega Box double, publicitado com um enorme cartaz à entrada da loja.
O funcionário informou que não tinha estes menus disponíveis no momento e que demoraria cerca de meia hora a preparar, penso que foi claramente má vontade, não faz sentido publicitarem um produto e não o terem disponível no momento.
Não volto.
Today, at dinner time I went to this KFC store (nascent park) around 10 pm and ordered two Mega Box double menus, advertised with a huge poster at the entrance of the store.
The official informed that he did not have these menus available at the moment and that it would take about half an hour to prepare, I think it was clearly unwilling, it makes no sense to advertise a product and not have it available at the moment.
I'm not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem as bebidas mais populares como Coca-cola ou Fanta, O queijo do KFC é o pior queijo de fast food na minha opinião. A quantidade de batatas é minúscula e os molhos não são dos melhores. O preço é demasiado alto para a qualidade da comida vale bem mais a pena pedir um MC donalds é muito melhor e mais barato.
It doesn't have the most popular drinks like Coca-Cola or Fanta, KFC cheese is the worst fast food cheese in my opinion. The amount of potatoes is tiny and the sauces are not the best. The price is too high for the quality of the food well worth asking for a donalds MC is much better and cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O principal problema é mesmo a lentidão, muitas vezes não têm os produtos e só começam a fritar quando as coisas são pedidas e depois acabas por ficar com um produto bom e acabado de sair e outros frios e secos.
A experiência de encomendar através de apps também costuma ficar muito aquém. Para além da lentidão já tive azar com produtos em falta/coisas trocadas. Alguns estafetas da Uber eats já me disseram que evitam este restaurante por causa destes problemas.
The main problem is the slowness, they often don't have the products and they only start to fry when things are asked for and then you end up with a good product that has just come out and other cold and dry ones.
The experience of ordering through apps also tends to fall short. In addition to the slowness, I've had bad luck with missing products/things exchanged. Some Uber Eats couriers have told me they avoid this restaurant because of these problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi a Chickadilha que estava publicitada num cartaz à entrada da loja, e não tinha o molho de doritos. Ok. Sem problema.
Mas quando chegou, parecia um produto mal acabado. E as batatas especiais tinham um sabor a plástico, ou melhor, o queijo que as cobria parecia mesmo plástico
.
Tudo isto por quase 10€. Não valeu a pena.
I ordered the Chickadilla that was advertised on a poster at the entrance to the store, and it didn't have the doritos sauce. OK no problem.
But when it arrived, it looked like a badly finished product. And the special potatoes had a plastic flavor, or better, the cheese that covered them looked really plastic
.
All this for almost 10 €. Not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja nao comia fora de casa ha mais de 6 meses e decidi comer um dos menus da KFC. Para alem de lento o frango que vinha no pao estava frio e nada crocante. Nao sei como podem ter gerencia que nao controla isto. Esta explicado o facto de nao ter muita clientela. Senti me enganada e fiquei desiludida por nao ser saborosom o que me serviram em faço em minha casa bem feito. Por estas e por outras vou sempre trazer a minha marmita....
I hadn't eaten out for over 6 months and decided to eat one of the KFC menus. In addition to being slow, the chicken that came in the bread was cold and not at all crispy. I don't know how they can have management that doesn't control this. This explains the fact that it does not have much clientele. I felt cheated and was disappointed that what I was served in my home was not tasty. For these and others I will always bring my lunch box....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao fim deste anos todos como cliente do KFC surge a primeira reclamação. Escolhi o menu mítico e realmente foi uma experiência mítica, frango cru, com cabelo e ensopado em óleo. Visita a não repetir.
After all these years, as a KFC customer, the first complaint arises. I chose the mythical menu and it really was a mythical experience, raw chicken, with hair and soaked in oil. Visit not to repeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time eating in KFC Parque Nascente Shopping Mall. My experience is not good. I ordered 1 THE BOX for my dinner.
Pros:
1. It is located inside the shopping mall (Parque Nascente, the third floor).
2. Parking accessible for wheelchair.
3. Entrance accessible for wheelchair.
4. Free parking in the shopping mall.
5. Payment by cash or Multibanco.
6. Nice staff.
7. Quick service.
8. The space is not so big but it is cozy, well-decorated l, and clean.
9. Free wifi in the food court area.
10. Indoor seating inside the restaurant also available.
11. The potato chips is tasty.
12. Free refill drink.
Cons:
1. My burger was not good.
The chicken was cold, the bread seems like an old bread.
