demoraram 20 minutos para chamar a responsavel pelas encomendas online, que foi só suoer arrogante, mal educada e literalmente atirou as minhas encomendas
enquanto isso as restantes funcionarias andavam a conversar umas com as outras pela loja, ignorando o cliente
o senhor Ortega deveria fazer uma auditoria ou ação cliente mistério ás lojas para aferir a qualidade do atendimento
não volto a comprar lá

Mr. Ortega should carry out an audit or mystery shopper action to the stores to assess the quality of service
