Apesar de ser a única cliente que se encontrava na loja, tive de me dirigir às colaboradoras quatro (4) vezes para solicitar assistência que, por sua vez, não demonstraram qualquer empatia ou intenção de upselling. Certamente não irei voltar e muito menos recomendar. (Loja Colombo)
 Careless and uncaring service. Despite being the only customer in the store, I had to approach the employees four (4) times to request assistance, which in turn showed no empathy or intention to upsell. I will certainly not return and much less recommend it. (Colombo Store)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff a rever ! E reparei que já tinha dado 5 estrelas entretanto há 1 ano , hoje apenas uma funcionária a que estava presente mudou tudo ! Péssimo atendimento ! E vi na cara dos demais desagrado não só da minha parte , as pessoas mostravam insatisfação clara !
Staff to review! And I noticed that I had already given 5 stars in the meantime 1 year ago, today only one employee who was present changed everything! Terrible attendance ! And I saw in the faces of the others, not only on my part, people showed clear dissatisfaction!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escolhi meu produtos e fui pagar. A transação do cartão era cancelada antes de acabar. O cartão não tinha nenhum problema visto que tinha usado antes e que TB usei depois da visita a loja. A funcionária colocou a culpa no meu cartão na segunda tentativa e tive que pagar em dinheiro. Achei constrangedor.
I chose my products and went to pay. The card transaction was canceled before it was over. The card had no problem since I had used it before and what TB I used after visiting the store. The clerk placed the blame on my card on the second attempt and had to pay cash. I found it embarrassing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui à loja Kiko e foi uma má experiência, a funcionária que me atendeu era super rude, via-se nitidamente que não queria ajudar, tenham em atenção ao pessoal que contratam! Pois, assim só afugentam os clientes... Nunca mais irei lá voltar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m a big fan of Kiko and always buy my makeup from this brand. A few days ago I went to check the black Friday promo .. I had a very frustrating experience. The sales lady not only didnt show any interest in assisting ( I didn't ask for help so that's fine) she kept coming between me and the makeup Everytime I m touching something to check she would bring someone she s showing around and stand right between me and the makeup I m checking. I would move to another section and the same happens again .. I had to leave and I was a bit disappointed but a friend of mine expressed that she had the same treatment in a the same store
