Very professional kite school! My instructor did a fantastic job and I could progress from a total beginner quickly to a intermediate level. The lagoon is a great place to start as an beginner. I can highly recommend you to learn kite surfing with this school. A bonus is also that this school based in Lagos and most of the guys are locals from the area! Much appreciated and hopefully so you soon!

Diogo was very responsive on Whatsapp. The information we got about the rental and lessons was very straight forward. Although he said to us that the wind was best on Friday (that weekend), when we arrived it was suboptimal. They made us believe it was enough but other school had told us that they weren’t going out because the wind was not enough. Also, he told us to check the wind ourselves and assess it. The teachers didn’t even knew if it was going to pick up or how the wind was going to ‘evolve’ during the day. Which was very strange in my opinion for a certified school. Since this is the most important aspect when it comes down to giving lessons on a safe basis. My girlfriend had paid for semi-private lessons from level 0, but was matched up with a girl who already had taken more lessons to point of body dragging and first lines. This resulted in the teacher dividing his attention between the two girls which was very dangerous because one of the two was always alone for some time.. At the end of the lessons I saw that my girlfriend was having serious issues with the kite, was panicking in the water and didn’t know what to do. If I didn’t tell my girlfriend to pull the chicken loop, she was probably still deathlooping in the lagoon. ? This could have turned out worse if I didn’t keep an eye on her because the teacher surely wasn’t at that time.. Which is very inresponsible, dangerous and as a student you pay for safety and supervision (the whole duration of the lessons). Luckily, we were both independent but I can imagine when unexperienced/scared students would be taking lessons and would be left alone like that.. That is just be an accident waiting to happen. At the end we got what we wanted, we had a fun afternoon and were lucky the wind picked up for some time! The material I got was very nice and I kited +/- 20km. We want to thank Diogo and the crew for the discount on our package. On the other hand, there is still a lot of room of improvement for the school and teachers.

I had the best time with Diogo practicing kite surfing! At first I was a bit nervous since I haven't practiced any type of water sports in my entire life but Diogo made sure I felt safe and I could totally experience an amazing day. I will definitely go back again when I return to Lagos!

We did several kite surfing lessons with Diogo and his dad and also did the morning SUP Tour with Diogo. We can only recommend both! The kiting lessons were really to the point, they have great equipment, tons of experience and very adaptive to wind, weather and holiday schedule ;) Also the SUP tour was amazing, bringing you to a lot of hidden caves, where you're far away from all the other tourists and enjoy a nice and calm morning on the SUP :)

Amazing surf school in Lagos! Teachers are great and super insightful advices, my kite has improved so much in only 2 lessons.. can’t wait for the others! If you go to Lagos I recommend it 100%!

Thanks for great time. I really enjoyed time with you and hat a lot of fun. I had the chance to learn kite surfing from beginning. Complete team supported me always to became better and better. KiteSurf area is perfect to learn it. Hope I can come back asap to learn how I can jump over an small Island with palms ;)
