Passei no dia seguinte a colega disse-me para passar hoje as 10h ,mas não quiseram fazer nada ! Pedi o livro de reclamação e também um responsável não há! Muita falta de profissionalismo e respeito pelo cliente . Resultado hoje tenho marcação em outro salão 40€.Total das madeixas 136€ !!! É um roubo e uma vergonha! Hoje, no entretanto, fui novamente e só estava uma senhora loira chamada Jasmine. NUNCA USEM OS SERVIÇOS DESTA MULHER!!Ela é péssima cabeleireira e totalmente destruiu o meu cabelo mesmo eu havendo pedido um corte bem simples, que passa a máquina só na parte baixa da nuca, para que seja visto só quando o cabelo esteja preso para cima. Ela simplesmente passou a máquina toda torta e ainda deixou fios de cabelo por cortar. Além disso tudo, me cobrou mais do que qualquer corte que eu já tenha feito naquele mesmo salão (e eu já estive lá umas duas ou três vezes anteriormente). Fujam dela! I had already cut my hair here and it wasn't wonderful but it turned out really well. Ivan is a great professional, friendly and cuts his hair perfectly well. Today, however, I went again and there was only a blonde lady named Jasmine. NEVER USE THIS WOMAN'S SERVICES!! She is a terrible hairdresser and totally destroyed my hair even though I asked for a very simple cut, which is machined only in the lower part of the neck, so that it can be seen only when the hair is tied up . She simply ran the machine all crooked and still left strands of hair uncut. On top of that, it charged me more than any cut I've ever done in that same salon (and I've been there a couple of times before). Run away from her!

Óptimo serviço. I was very happy to have found a hairdresser who knows how to deal with curls and who still had the patience to thoroughly "finger coiling" all the hair. Great service.

NEVER GO THERE AT AQUA SHOPPING CENTER TE PORTIMAO !!! 3 Hours later I barely see any highlights, the 2 sides are even not the same, nor is the length ! She even keep cutting when my hair was dry? She was straightening every string of my hair for 21x oh so crazy etc .... Then the bill of € 125 without any clarification? They thought I was a tourist for sure ! UNBELIEVABLE I asked to be correct and give min 50€ back as I pay in general around 65€ with a older professional lady. I also asked for an invoice with my tax number that I never received. I send her an email right away that I was not happy at all with the result and off course this big bill. I got the message that they didnot received my email as of course their email address did not work either. What you want to know more ? THERE WAS NOBODY WHEN I WALKED IN ....NOW I KNOW WHY
