Às funcionárias é que deviam ter mais formação para estarem à frente das lojas. Não conseguem ajudar em termos de maquilhagem. É pena!
Eu comprei uma base com ácido hialoronico e a rapariga deu me a base errada por não ter experiência suficiente. Resumindo, base errada e tenho que voltar à loja para trocar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier gaat het er alleen om, je zoveel mogelijk geld afhandig te maken, elke vraag die je stelt is voor niks want ze praten naar je mond. Achteraf kun je niks terugbrengen. Als je iets koopt spreken ze Engels, en die zelfde verkoopster (joana correia)is het nu ineens verleerd. Geen tegoedbon mogelijk. Kortom hele slechte service. 1 ster is nog teveel
Here it is all about taking as much money as possible from you, every question you ask is for nothing because they talk to you. You can't return anything afterwards. When you buy something they speak English, and that same saleswoman (joana correia) has suddenly forgotten it. No voucher possible. Overall very bad service. 1 star is still too much
