Wasted time and money. One hour in line, tickets only through the app. Only books are purchased as part of the ticket. Virtually no Hary Potter-related gadgets. Personally, I do not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito simpáticos os funcionários,acho que na altura das vendas privadas deviam ter mais funcionários quando fui estava só uma e estava aflita pois estava na caixa e a loja cheia de gente para atender que acabavam por desistir percebo que tenham hora de almoço mas deviam estar pelo menos três,quanto ao resto como cliente habitual estou muito satisfeita e recomendo a loja.
Very friendly employees, I think that at the time of private sales there should have been more employees when I went there was only one and I was worried because it was at the checkout and the store was full of people to attend who ended up giving up. I realize they have lunch time but they should be around minus three, for the rest as a regular customer I am very satisfied and recommend the store.
