Mudar a política que têm de não aceitarem agendar e fazerem raios-x se não houver outros exames mais complexos para fazer. Dizem que não têm vagas para marcar raio-x quando não é verdade. Não há é interesse em fazer apenas raio-x. Tinha raio-x para fazer e uma ressonância e consegui agendamento no mesmo dia e hora. Devido a situação imprevista eu queria cancelar a ressonância para já (preço elevado) mas manter os raio-x. Desmarcaram tudo e não aceitaram fazer o raio-x. E deram justificação contraditória sem sentido a meu ver. Os colaboradores não têm culpa, apenas seguem indicações superiores. Mas tal política é triste. Melhorar o serviço de atendimento telefónico. Comentando a vossa resposta: Agradeço o comentário. E compreendo acerca do número imenso de telefonemas e a falta de capacidade de resposta. Difícil de gerir para vocês e frustrante para quem está deste lado. Quanto à possibilidade de agendar novamente, foi me dada apenas a possibilidade de agendar o raio-x juntamente com a RM e não apenas o raio-x. Não me foi permitido por vocês manter a marcação que eu ja tinha do raio-x sem a ressonância. Inclusive a sra que me atendeu foi perguntar a alguem superior se eu poderia fazer apenas o raio-x e desmarcar apenas a RM. Também mencionei o facto do prazo de validade do meu exame passado pelo médico estar a acabar o prazo. E com essa vossa decisão ia perder a possibilidade de fazer tudo. Isto já me aconteceu outras vezes no vosso centro, nao deixarem ou não terem supostas vagas para raio x. Mas apenas me manifestei desta vez. Sempre a melhorar, espero. Obrigada pela atenção.
Change the policy they have of not agreeing to schedule and do x-rays if there are no other more complex exams to do. They say they don't have openings to book x-rays when it's not true. There is no interest in doing just x-rays. I had an x-ray to do and an MRI and I got an appointment on the same day and time. Due to the unforeseen situation I wanted to cancel the MRI for now (high price) but keep the x-rays. They unmarked everything and did not accept to do the x-ray. And they gave meaningless contradictory justification in my opinion. Employees are not to blame, they just follow superior instructions. But such a policy is sad. Improve the telephone answering service. Commenting on your answer: Thank you for the comment. And I understand about the huge number of phone calls and the lack of responsiveness. Difficult to manage for you and frustrating for those on this side. As for the possibility to reschedule, I was only given the possibility to schedule the x-ray along with the MRI and not just the x-ray. I was not allowed by you to keep the marking I already had from the x-ray without the resonance. Even the lady who attended to me went to ask someone higher up if I could just do the x-ray and just uncheck the MRI. I also mentioned the fact that the expiry date of my examination passed by the doctor was running out. And with that decision of yours, I would lose the possibility of doing everything. This has happened to me on other occasions in your center, not allowing or not having supposed vacancies for x-rays. But I only manifested this time. Always improving, I hope. Thanks for listening.

They don't even answer the phone; as this is a place that people come for breast examinations, I think it is terrible. And since this is something that EVERYONE has complained about on Google, why on earth don't they do something about this?

Twice I have had problems getting an appointment. Do not answer phones: emails to say no availability. The first time I had to get my doctor to deal with the problem. I am still struggling to get an appointment the second time!!!

Phone staff were patient with my imperfect Portuguese. Emails responded to promptly and appointment made for just 10 days later. Thank you.

Email service is much better than phone calls! waiting outside for more than 1.5 hours in the cold wind as they don’t have enough sitting facilities inside.
