Telefonisch erreichte man jemanden, dieser sagte jedoch, dass heute niemand mehr kommen werde. Ganz schlechter Service. Auf keinen Fall unterstützen.
Both the website and the sign outside say it's open. On site, however, one had to realize that nobody was there. Someone was reached on the phone, but said that no one would come today. Very bad service. Definitely don't support.
