★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito pouco profissionais. Ao chegar à loja estivemos quase 15 minutos sem que sequer nos tenham perguntado o propósito da nossa visita. Tive de pedir para ser atendido. Depois de alguns esclarecimentos solicitei um orçamento para toda a iluminação de uma moradia e... estou à espera até hoje. Liguei posteriormente 2 vezes e nem assim enviaram o orçamento. 5 semanas sem orçamento, sem um telefonema ou simplesmente dizerem que não nos querem como clientes. Bastava... Se o serviço e produtos for igual ao atendimento, é local a evitar.
Very unprofessional. When we arrived at the store, we were almost 15 minutes without even being asked the purpose of our visit. I had to ask to be attended. After some clarification I requested a budget for all the lighting in a house and... I'm waiting until today. I called later 2 times and they still didn't send the quote. 5 weeks without a quote, without a phone call or simply being told they don't want us as clients. Enough... If the service and products are equal to the service, it is a place to avoid.
