Acabou por falecer 20 dias após a entrada. Em nenhum momento a instituição falou com a familia nem pra dar as condolências. ???
My father entered this institution on his own feet, left by ambulance for the hospital with septicemia, urinary infection, lack of potassium, dehydrated, among others. He died 20 days after entry. At no time did the institution speak to the family, not even to offer condolences. ???
