Até hoje (23/11/2017), e apesar de ter telefonado, enviado mensagens, escrito no livro de reclamações, falado pessoalmente com a gerente, a quem mostrei o edredão, e as fotos que tirei imediatamente após a secagem, ninguém teve a decência de resolver a situação. Desaconselho esta empresa. Não têm respeito pelos clientes.
In May 2017, I washed and dried a double duvet in this store. The dryer burned me the duvet, which cost me € 89.
Until today (11/23/2017), and despite having called, sent messages, written in the complaints book, spoken personally with the manager, to whom I showed the duvet, and the photos I took immediately after drying, nobody had the decency to resolve the situation. I advise against this company. They have no respect for customers.

The few times I went there it was very clean. The machines are efficient, obviously they will damage the clothes if we choose a very high temperature! I had no luck with Wi-Fi, I was always down ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A máquina não me entregou o cartão após colocar 20euros pois ficou preso. Liguei para o número de apoio e disseram-me para aguardar dias que me iriam dar um cartão quando o técnico viesse. Passaram-se 7 dias e não me atendem o telefone, ninguém me ligou e parece que perdi o dinheiro. Muito mau!
The machine did not give me the card after putting in 20 euros because it got stuck. I called the support number and was told to wait days they would give me a card when the technician came. It's been 7 days and they don't answer my phone, nobody called me and it seems I lost my money. Very bad!
