★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima gestão, grande desilusão de Natal. Tinha uma encomenda feita há mais de duas semanas, quando vou para levantar só existia o registo da encomenda, o tronco de Natal nem vê-lo.
Não tenciono voltar, de certo haverão outras lojas que representem melhor a marca.
Bad management, big Christmas disappointment. I had an order placed more than two weeks ago, when I go to pick up there was only the order register, the Christmas trunk or even seeing it.
I do not intend to go back, for sure there will be other stores that better represent the brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vim tomar café perto da 23 horas a este estabelecimento que na época de Natal fecha às 24horas,sentei-me a tomar café e de seguida começa uma funcionária a varrer o chão ao pé de mim,chamei-a atenção e ela continuou a varrer, pó por todo lado ,pedi o livro de reclamações,foi buscar o livro como se não fosse nada demais o que estava a fazer, e continuou com a sua tarefa de encher os clientes de pó.....lá fiz a reclamação,mas não recomendo a ninguém,as regras de higiene são de adivinhar hás 23h25 ainda continuava a sua tarefa de varrer.....um nojo de empregada e de café
I came to breakfast at about 11 pm at this establishment which closes at midnight at Christmas time, sat down drinking coffee and then an employee starts sweeping the floor next to me, caught her eye and she continued to sweep, Dust everywhere, I asked for the complaint book, went to fetch the book as if it was no big deal what I was doing, and continued with his task of filling the customers with dust ..... there I made the complaint, but I do not recommend it to anyone, the hygiene rules are to guess at 23h25 still continued its task of sweeping ..... a maid and coffee disgust
