Very frequently a rude person living above the entrance drops water on customers and people entering this shop
Staff is rude and act like they are superior to customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the best. I recommend ordering to take away a small variety of both the salty pastries but also the sweet ones. You have miniature sizes... perfect for any dinner party you might be organizing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had some coffees, pastel de nata, coconut bites, and a slice of chocolate cake. Everything was very good. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to them not accepting credit cards. Not a huge deal since we had cash... But I've not had an issue anywhere else while traveling paying with a card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pastries are very good I'll give you that, but the service... Well, in these times where you have to think about every detail concerning your hygiene, social distancing and so forth... They still use this card system, where you take the card and pay on your way out (who knows how many people touch those cards...), and still rely on good old fashion cash ( no cards or contactless payment...).
