If you are looking for a gym to work out this is not it. The people at the desk are extremely rude and refuse to speak English. They send you unauthorised emails and every month want to "speak down and talk to you". Feels like a communist management for sure. Never going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff of gym club is well attending the clients,and the atomsphere of club is amazing and you can feel comfort!
In jeneral the club has variant classes but their morning schdule is not well arrenged and the most of classes is missing in the morning time!
Totaly i highly recamend this club to experiment high level gym club.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you appreciate value for money, you'd be hard pressed to find a better spot. Friendly people that actually help you (instead of trying to sell you PT packs) lots of machines and weights, plenty of space, two pools and classes throughout the day.
Due to the size, even at peak times there is virtually no waiting for anything, making it a pleasure to work out.
Also, it costs half of what equivalent gyms do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent gym, incredible staff, I wish I could take them back home with me. Just an outstanding gym. If you're in Lisbon for your holidays, this is definitely the place to go. The spa is phenomenal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is owned and managed by COVIDIOTS. I have been a member for 5 years because I like the weights room and the outdoor pool. the management, however, is a mess. The only person at reception WITH customer service skills is Rafael and he is the only person I will speak with (he is LOVELY). Today, I got kicked out of the huge outdoor garden & pool area because of a Covid policy that I was unaware of, that requires customers to ask for a special pool access card at reception first. If this is a governmental regulation, fine, however, my problem, once again, lies with the LACK of customer service and communication by the management team at this gym. I have never received an email or text about this new pool “policy”. Simone on reception told me that their way of informing clients was to make the occasional announcement over the loud speaker. Genius, when most people wear headphones working out. I paid a premium to use the pool and so I asked Simone for my money back. She said she will take my request to the “board”. Around in circles we go. Oh, and recently my entry was blocked because my membership had “expired” and they demanded I pay another 12 months upfront. I asked about the months that they were closed due to Covid, and the emails sent saying that the months closed would be credited to each membership. They didn’t have an answer for me. I spoke to Rafael the next day. He solved it for me. Thank god for Rafael.
