L	Laurent Blanchet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is a bit passive, however, they were always nice if asked about something. Price for location is good.

w	windtic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am amazing hotel right in the heart of the city. In terms of the location it is perfect you are in easy walking distance to three neighborhoods plus the water is nearby. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Highly recommend this hotel
T	Tracy Jo Dance on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. Staff was reasonably accommodating although there was some confusion as to how to get a taxi to the airport upon leaving Lisbon. The one thing that was disappointing was the lights or lack thereof throughout the hotel room. I am used to a mirror in the bathroom that has lights! Bright lights! It's frustrating to do your hair and makeup with dim lights.

My only complaint which relates to the room we stayed in, room 405, was a continuous noise from AC units mounted outside the room an the "balcony". Which did disturb our sleep.
