Casual Belle Epoque Lisboa

HVAC and plumbing could use an update. Everything ekse was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is within an easy walk of a variety of restaurants and shopping.

Location is central and close to many tourist attraction including Praça do comércio, Arco da Rua Augusta and Rua Augusta Rooms are spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Spent 5 days in room 104. This is a good hotel. The location is very good at the edge of alfama and a few mins from the waterside. Shops and restaurants within a few hundred meters. The room we had was small, but clean and comfortable. There is a chair in the room but no seperate seeting area. The tv is placed behind a mirror so you will only see the tv when turned on (niceley done). The staff is friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is small in variety (small hotel) but the food that is there ia good. The selfmade chocolate pie was my favourite. The price for breakfast was 7e per person, very much worth it to me. Expect some small buns, toast, scrambled eggs, sausaces,bacon,cold cut toppings some fruits and a selection of juices and coffee. Oh and of course the muffins and pies that i liked alot. Some notes to consider: There is a central vaccium system, so whenever it is used it will be noisy in connected rooms. Unfortunatley we had to take a nap during the day because of my girlfriends medical condition which was not really possible because of this. They solved it in the end by taping it shut which we were thankfull for. If you are in the city all day, tou will not notice anything of this. Streetnoise is minimal, very good sound insulation. The bathroom is functional but small. No bathtub. It is a small hotel so there is no restaurant or elaborate lobby or lounge space. All in all we will definitley consider this hotel again if we were to go to lisbon again.

Great location, very central, very friendly service,rooms were clean and bed mattress was one of the best I have slept on, breakfast was superb, would definitely use this hotel if I return to Lisbon, great value for money

The best hotel in Lisbon! The location can't be better and the rooms were very cosy and not to mention the lovely views. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I'll come back soon!!

Besides paying for a “4-star hotel” I had to call the reception because they put us on a bedroom with no Internet or phone line (which they promptly solved) and a horrible smell coming from the bathroom, which we had to endure for five entire days. Do better than me and look for something else in the neighbourhood that would actually be worth this price.

We love this hotel and chain. We stayed in the suite. Wonderful! The bed is so comfortable, perfect location and the view as great. Our NewfieDoodle Dutch loves how friendly and kind everyone is. Will definitely stay again.

Big beautiful clean rooms! And that's not all! The staff is super friendly with advice on things to do and neighborhoods to visit around Lisbon. I even forgot my favorite sunglasses in my room rushing to my flight home. And they not only told me right away via WhatsApp, they arranged to ship them back to me! Would totally stay here again.
