★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did a market tour in the morning with Rita and Ann saw all the amazing local produce and were told all about the history of the food and the market places .
We then went back to the fab kitchen and cooked a three course lunch , with lots of detail about ingredients and cooking methods from Rita .
We all sat down and enjoyed the food and the girls were very friendly we had a lot of fun.
Can't recommend highly enough!

The facility is beautiful, instruction was entertaining and educational and end product was delicious. This is a true “must see” in Lisbon. Thank you Lisbon Cooking Academy for some wonderful memories on our trip to Lisbon!

There were 5 of us - three generations together in ages from 15 to 70 and everyone had a blast. the cooking experience was awesome. some of us did cooking classes in other places, and this was one was best hands down. we prepared antipasti, main dish and dessert and had variations of alcohol - from wines to port wines to muscatel. Gonçalo spent much more time with us than planned. We did tons of pictures and a lot of laughs. food was delicious. kids even ate fish (while they usually don't) and totally loved it. we discovered some hidden cooking skills for some of us. I wish there was Gonçalo with his cooking class in every city we visit. totally recommend this cooking class if you are in Lisbon and have time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took the vegan pastel de nata cooking class with three other participants in the evening while in Lisbon on travel. The facility is convenient to get to and is very clean and comfortable. I was greeted by the owner Ana and had some great conversations while waiting for the other participants to arrive. Ana has a great personality and she makes everyone feel comfortable and part of a family while she teaches us. Everyone participates and it’s very fun. I learned new techniques and was extremely happy with the experience. Ana’s style let me find the confidence to make my own pastel de nata. Aside from the enjoyable class, the best part of the experience was sitting down and tasting our results. Absolutely delicious, perfectly crunchy puff pastry and smooth flavorful custard. I loved everything about this course and will return for another course next time I am in Lisbon. Most of all, a warm Thank You to Ana.
