★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hosts were so friendly, the rooms were very clean, a very welcoming atmoshere, organized taxis to the airport for us airport 3:30 a.m. , a fantastic experience! Would recommend to any family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Hostel to stay in Lisbon, close to airport and restaurants, friendly staff, comfortable bed and soft lines, the continental breakfast is good and served even if you leave early in the morning, spacious and clean room, relatively close to metro station! I really recommend it!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed one night at this nice hostel. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. BUT we were on business trip and we requested for the invoice. Stuff promised us to send an invoice to e-mail address. Well now it will be one month and we did not get any answer. During this time I wrote 3 e-mails to every address, my colleagues also, moreover I tried to call them more than 8 times at any time. No answer. I also tried to write them on Facebook. No answer. No communication = bat evaluation. You should start communicating with your customers. We do not recommend this silent hostel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sonia, the receptionist, was very helpful and friendly with us. We needed both early breakfasr at 5.00am and airport transfer and she quickly arranged it. We slept in the 8th beds dormitory, which was clean and other guests were totally ok and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in Lisbon Family Hostel for 2 nights. Staff very polite and helpful. Room very nice and clean. Breakfast precious, very good, nice to have breakfast in the little garden. Very quiet place, bathrooms very clean. This place is close to the airport and very easy as well reach the famous places in the city centre. I warmly recommend this Hostel to families and to single travelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a family room which had a huge double bed, bunk beds and a large ensuite bathroom. Kids loved the bath. There is a lovely enclosed garden at the back with a trampoline. Kitchen facility provided where you can use the fridge, cooker and microwave. Breakfast was made available for us earlier than scheduled which was much appreciated. We booked a shuttle bus to the airport which went like clockwork. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Will use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location, as it is in a very calm, chique area.
30 min walking from Roma metro station and a bit hard to find but the area is great.
Family business and very well welcomed and great impression.
Room was spacious, shower with bathtub was good too.
It has airco and it works perfectly.
Beds were comfortable.
It is by car very close to the airport so it is good if you use their transfer service. Better than going by metro.
The sound in the building is very easy to hear from the rooms.
Unfortunately the day/night we stayed we had a personal problem and we spoke louder, for that we apologize.
But sound spreads easily.
It is pet friendly as they have themselves cats around there too.
Breakfast is simple but enough.
Was an enjoyable experience!
