★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, clean, good sanitary facilities. Breakfast is limited to one roll, an ice tea, an apple and a cereal bar. Noise in room towards the street is unbearable and too warm to keep door closed.

Nuno and his staff were very helpful and accommodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My flight arrived at Lisbon around 22:30. I wrote on the reservation that I would arrive late (around 23:30) and 3 days before my arrival I sent an e-mail remembering that again! On both times I received a confirmation saying that someone would be at the reception and I had nothing to worry about.
Guess what? Nobody at the reception!!!!! I had to go to a real hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the best hostel I stayed in. The rooms, bathrooms and the kitchen everything was impeccably clean. The staff was helpful and the location is perfect. The only drawback is that they don't have 24hr reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hostel was comfi and clean. Only problem was bathroom out of order in our floor, So it was annoying to climb the stairs every time and wait for free bathroom. Breakfast was in package, what was really nice and clever but i missed hot drinks - coffee And tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived there by accident, but it was a good experience. The people were so friendly and helpful, even they knew I was not staying there. They were fully booked and offered to call to help me out. Nice service, professional, very thoughtful and caring, they make sure you are safe and comfortable. Unlike other places that can just kick you out in a politically correct manner. But that is why you get a good rating. Really a big 10 for the guys! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy guesthouse, the owners did a very good job in maintaining and keeping the house/room clean, tidy & organized. Close to the airport, about 13 mins walk or 5 min Uber. The room I stayed in was on the 1st floor and they did a wonderful job in designing the room.
João was very very nice & accommodating. I had called him from the airport that I will be arriving before the check in time at 3pm as they needed to clean my room. He said I could drop off my luggage at the house and explore the area/have lunch. I was having issues booking my Uber at the Lisbon airport and decided to call a Taxi, which took longer than usual. He contacted me to make sure I was ok and didn't have any issues getting to the house. He even stayed outside to help me resolve the credit card issues I had with the taxi driver. Afterwards he took the time to walk me halfway to the airport to make sure that if I couldn't get a ride to the airport in time the next day, I knew how to get there by foot. This was an amazing end to my trip in Portugal.
Overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here. The owners are very hospitable, the location is peaceful & quiet. The proximity to the airport is a huge plus if you have a long layover or need to catch an early flight the next day.
