F	František Šudřich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately i cannot recommend this apartments. Even though the location was great, we had very different apartment from what was advertised as superior one. It was very dark, ground floor apartment. Also there was mold in the bathroom. Also the provider charged us 50 % more money than was the actual price and we had to spend two days of our vacation communicating with booking.com (completely useless) and the provider. After many phonecalls and messages with sending payment details they agreed that they charged more. Nevertheless there was no will to solve the issue with the unpleasant apartment - nor from the booking.com or the provider. Very dissapointed with such an attitude. So I recommend that you want to see the photos of the actual room you are booking. Because the room you get may be very different from the advertised photos.

Lowest floor 'Superior' room does not have a phone signal, so prepare for that if you are thinking about working here. This was a major problem for us. AC was broken and we had to fight two days to get it fixed. Another problem is the unsympathetic staff who first thinks you are lying about these problems. AC was fixed in the last evening. When we arrived the floors were dirty and oven did not work because of some error. I have requested a discount from them, but so far no response. I would not have booked if I knew about the problem with phone reception.
T	Tracie Phillips on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yikes! The Serviced Apartments are usually knock out, but this location is not. Expensive, cramped, noisy rooms with a broken TV. Room was also not turned over yet when we arrived. Best thing I can say is their customer service is really excellent.

Since they’re serviced you get hotel-like service with daily cleanings/new towels. They come with a washing machine, detergent needs to be bought for €1. The hallway has basic luggage storage, which also costs €1.
