 The lack of sympathy from those I have been getting hit in the service is making me lose the desire to go back there. Zero friendliness, and seems to be working out of the box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Copo cada vez mais vazio. O molho quase nem se sente o sabor. A perder qualidade em muito pouco tempo. Digo com conhecimento pois era cliente assiduo.
Glass increasingly empty. The sauce barely tastes. Losing quality in a very short time. I say knowingly because I was a regular customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente da marca “llaollao” no norte Portugal e comi hoje um gelado no vosso stand que o molho de chocolate branco estava completamente aguado e sem sabor. Normalmente em outros estabelecimentos este molho é bastante espesso e consistente.
I am a customer of the brand "llaollao" in northern Portugal and today I ate an ice cream at your stand that the white chocolate sauce was completely watery and tasteless. Usually in other establishments this sauce is quite thick and consistent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade e quantidade são péssimas. Nos últimos dias, viemos cá e de todas as vezes o atendimento foi fraco, os ingredientes sabiam a ultrapassados, como o Muesli e Arroz torrado moles, e os molhos muito líquidos e sem sabor.
Este Llao Llao traz mau nome a marca e envergonha os do Norte do País.
The quality and quantity are terrible. In the last few days, we came here and every time the service was poor, the ingredients tasted outdated, like the Muesli and Soft Roasted Rice, and the sauces were very liquid and tasteless.
This Llao Llao brings a bad name to the brand and shames those in the North of the country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for it over a milkshake from Burger King or the like to be healthy. Extremely high sugar content for natural frozen yoghurt. Something like 20g per 100g. Didn’t really feel healthy. Cannot pay by card either.
