★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply not a good place. We’ve tried ice creams and crepes at 2 occasions. Service and quality of the food is not what one would wish for. Wish the owner would have acted on the quite frank feedback that has been given by customers in this forum.

Last time they watched us sitting and waiting inside on the side of the counter, finally i had to stand up and ask at the counter what was apening with table service, answer, we dont have table service. Justifying that there were notes at the entrance saying that they didn't have table service, witchis not true as we can see through the fotos here published (tea not advisable, water is not god for tea) service varies as daya goes by :( extremely bad, its sad because its a well placed spot. Unfortunatly on the 6/11/19 we come for another visit, and basicly empty we stand at least 15 minuts waiting and counting. And we did pass tbrough the waitress so no excuse for ohh i did'nt see you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here late in the evening when all the other cafes were shut. Staff were very helpfull and price was very reasonable for a coffee and a beer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff, yummy Gelato, delicious pastel de nata, and pleasant atmosphere. 4.20€ for double scoop cup + PdN. They also provided water bowl for my dog. Clean bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ literally the worst service I've had in the whole of Portugal, I payed for a couple of beers and chips with a bad start of rude service, I asked the tender what his favourite gelato was with a look of disgust given to me in return, obviously he knows what gelato is given the fact that's what he sells. I then sat down with my partner for 20 minutes b4 I had to go and prompt for my beers twice which I wouldn't of even got then unless I said I will just take them take them now as I couldn't wait any longer for the service, after drinking the beer our portion of chips came out around 15 minutes later. I understand this isn't a long waiting time all in all but there was about 3 customers in the cafe and more than 3 staff alone on the front of house!!?? not sure if it's because we wasnt a local or not but by far the worst custom and service since we landed here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was not the first time that I came to ice cream parlor, in fact I have been coming here for some years already, and everytime that I decide to visit Olhão this is a "must go to" place. I'm pretty sure a lot of people can agree with me on this, because the location is perfect and the ice cream too, so anyone that is visiting Olhão you better not miss this place.
