They handle all kinds of requests, from new electricity or gas supply contracts to installation, as well as payments, etc. Sometimes the wait may long but I've always found any of the staff friendly and able to deal with any issues I might bring to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff tried to be helpful but EDP is useless. Technician was suppose to come in the morning to connect electricity to my apartment. No one showed up and they said I wasn't in the apartment. Received a text at 9:50 saying that I wasn't in the apartment at 10:27. Tried to explain to staff at the EDP but they said they couldn't do anything about it even when I showed them the time on the text messages.
