★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, o profissionalismo da colaboradora Vanda é quase inexistente. Pedi uma cartão MEO Enjoy e pedi que fosse em formato E-sim. Primeiramente a mesma informou que não tinha em stock, após eu repetir o que pretendia, ela disse que tinha stock. Ela iniciou o processo, pediu-me os 30€ e eu, antes de efetuar o pagamento, questionei como é que seria em relação ao código QR. A colaboradora não sabia como fazê-lo. Após todo este cenário, eu disse que não pretendia, dadas as circunstâncias, adquirir aquele cartão pois não poderia utilizá-lo.
De má cara, a colaboradora disse “Pois, agora vou ter que ligar para a nossa linha para cancelar” (suspirando).
Extremamente insatisfeito com o atendimento.
 Unfortunately, the professionalism of our collaborator Vanda is almost non-existent. I asked for a MEO Enjoy card and asked for it to be in E-sim format. First, she informed that she had no stock, after I repeated what I wanted, she said that she had stock. She started the process, asked me for the €30 and I, before making the payment, asked how it would be in relation to the QR code. The collaborator did not know how to do it. After all this scenario, I said that, under the circumstances, I didn't intend to acquire that card because I couldn't use it.
With a bad face, the collaborator said “Yeah, now I'll have to call our line to cancel” (sighing).
Extremely dissatisfied with the service.

Filas na rua sendo o controle e organização entregue ao público.
Pior nem o serviço público.
As respostas da empresa às reclamações tb nada dizem.
Ficamos com pessima indicação de uma empresa como seja a MEO, parece que estamos em fila a mendigar um serviço.

Worse not even the public service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendeuse plus occupée à vérifier son whatsapp et Instagram qu’à s’occuper du suivi de ses clients. Un technicien devait passer le samedi pour installer la Box (car nous repartions en France le samedi soir), pas de nouvelles jusqu’à la veille, où j’ai dû me déplacer en agence pour relancer (après avoir contacté le service client ). La vendeuse me dit pas de soucis ils passeront demain . Le lendemain personne et toujours pas d’appel. Je relance à nouveau et on me répond qu’ils passeront lundi. Le lundi milieu de journée, toujours pas d’appel, je relance et on me dit que le technicien ne passera que mercredi!! Impossible, sachant que nous avons déjà reporté le départ. Après avoir insisté, le technicien passe enfin le lundi après-midi, sans avoir pu faire l’installation . Gros manque de suivi et de sérieux.
Saleswoman more busy checking her whatsapp and Instagram than taking care of following up on her customers. A technician had to come on Saturday to install the Box (because we were leaving for France on Saturday evening), no news until the day before, when I had to go to an agency to relaunch (after contacting customer service). The saleswoman tells me no worries, they'll come by tomorrow. The next day no one and still no call. I raise again and I am told that they will pass on Monday. Monday midday, still no call, I raise and I am told that the technician will not come until Wednesday!! Impossible, knowing that we have already postponed the departure. After insisting, the technician finally passes on Monday afternoon, without having been able to do the installation. Big lack of follow-up and seriousness.

I was having problems with the WiFi from MEO. The person in the shop did so much to help and she worked hard to solve the problem. Very nice throughout and she was clearly going to work on it until it was finished.
Thanks again.
The only thing I would add is that the location on Google maps is incorrect.
