★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de pedir ajuda á assistência técnica e de concluirmos que o equipamento estava avariado, fui aconselhado a dirigir-me a uma loja NOS para a troca do mesmo.
Tive o cuidado de perguntar se a loja (Viseu) estaria aberta devido às restrições de circulação. Após alguns minutos de espera, disse-me a colaboradora, que podia ir que estava aberta.
Faço três dezenas de kms e constacto que está tudo fechado.
Belo apoio ao cliente...

 After asking for help with technical assistance and concluding that the equipment was damaged, I was advised to go to a NOS store to exchange it.
I was careful to ask if the store (Viseu) would be open due to traffic restrictions. After a few minutes of waiting, the collaborator told me that she could go that it was open.
I do three dozen kilometers and I notice that everything is closed.
