Con el argumento de que no son tienda oficial, sino un agente de la marca, se escudan en que no pueden hacer nada y deben cumplir procedimiento ante un problema de un cliente. Con esa ausencia de orientación al cliente creo que ni es necesario que exista como tienda, se podría tratar directamente con MEO.pt o en cualquier caso recomiendo ir a una tienda oficial. Descontento también con MEO, para dar las altas muchas facilidades, pero para realizar una baja por necesidad de cambio de país (por la crisis del COVID!!), todo son problemas. Falta de consideración total y absoluta con el cliente. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
Zero predisposition for problem solving. With the argument that they are not an official store, but an agent of the brand, they hide in that they can do nothing and must comply with the procedure in the event of a customer problem. With that lack of customer orientation, I think that it does not even need to exist as a store, you could directly deal with MEO.pt or in any case I recommend going to an official store. Also unhappy with MEO, to register many facilities, but to cancel due to the need to change countries (due to the COVID crisis !!), all are problems. Total and absolute lack of consideration with the client. I do not recommend at all.
