A	Anónimo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As termas bem como o hotel estão a precisar duma gestão mais dinâmica que aposte a sério na qualidade dos serviços prestados. É fundamental evoluir nesse sentido. Convém não esquecer que cada vez há mais alternativas com condições mais favoráveis e outros atrativos. Os preços têm que corresponder à qualidade dos serviços oferecidos o que não é o caso nas estruturas de Longroiva (hotel+termas). É uma pena pois as águas são optimas. The hot springs as well as the hotel are in need of a more dynamic management that is serious about the quality of the services provided. It is essential to evolve accordingly. Remember that there are more and more alternatives with more favorable conditions and other attractions. Prices have to correspond to the quality of the services offered which is not the case in Longroiva (hotel + spa) structures. It's a shame because the waters are great.

Os quartos podiam ter iluminação mais intensa, mas são muito bem insonorisados e com boas vistas. Pessoal muito bem formado. Great!! Water heated to an optimum temperature, I came in February, both in the thermal pool and outside. The rooms could have more intense lighting, but they are very soundproof and have good views. Very well trained staff.

M	Miguel Fernandes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel bonito, mas o serviço não é de 4, o serviço deveria ser mais atento à manutenção do espaços comuns, a piscina tem falta de fiscalização por um responsável para chamar a atenção e de regras de utilização, deveria ter um aviso para as pessoas se comportarem de forma civilizada em piscinas de hotel, deveria ser um hotel de charme e não um hostel com piscina, para teens mal educados, ou hotel de praia para crianças e pais histéricos com bolas e saltos. A responsabilidade é do hotel em evitar estas más práticas... a gerência tem que escolher ou hotel de 4 de charme ou hotel de férias, mas atenção ao preço da estadia para não promoverem um spa e disponibilizarem um local de convívio. Nice hotel, but the service is not 4 , the service should be more attentive to the maintenance of the common spaces, the pool has lack of supervision by a responsible person to draw attention and rules of use, should have a warning to people behaving civilly in hotel pools, it should be a charming hotel, not a pool hostel for rude teens, or a beach hotel for kids and hysterical parents with balls and heels. The hotel is responsible for avoiding these bad practices ... management has to choose either a charming 4 hotel or a holiday hotel, but pay attention to the price of the stay so as not to promote a spa and provide a place of socializing.

Água da piscina quente o que permite às crianças e adultos passar muito tempo dentro de água. Good facilities, clean, good food at the buffet, they were not serving à la carte meals. It is a very pleasant and calm space. Hot pool water which allows children and adults to spend a lot of time in the water.
