A	Alla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As other reviews say, prices are absolutely crazy. Food is actually nice generally but not at those prices. What was annoying is to find a small piece of hair or eyebrow which waiter spent 30 minutes to persuade me that it was mine because waitress had white hair (when she actually had brown hair). Not nice to make your clients feel like liars - a simple sorry with some discount would have been the right way.

Dourada per kilo was 47 euro here, while 100m farther in a similar place was 25 euro. We ended up there by mistake, because it was the only place serving lunch after 15:00 but before 19:30 (usually during this interval restaurants are closed in Portugal preparing for dinner time). For 2 people we paid 70 euro!!! We simply had grilled fish with vegetables. For similar plates with coffee and sangria we paid 38 euro on Meco beach, in a place called Ondo Azul.

We ordered starters that took an hour to arrive. I sent one starter back (chewy octopus salad) as it was so bad and they refused to refund me. I speak Portuguese and when I explained myself the owner suddenly 'didn't understand me' but suddenly did during parts of the conversation where he did insist I pay. Appalling food. Arrogant attitude. A total rip off. We saw other food being sent back and the chef being totally dismissive.
T	Thomas Armitage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So... Great fish definitely. But I felt that the owner duped me. We asked for fish for 2... Generally around 25 to 30 euro in Sesimbra. We mentioned we had sea bass and durado the last few nights and the owner mentioned we should try the Red Snapper. So yes I said we would and yes I did not check the price per Kilo. But he also did not mention it was the most expensive fish on his menu. So we had a great meal... And then the bill arrived... The fish alone was 95 euro... It was as per the menu... 65 per Kilo. So yes .. I should be more aware of the prices... But the owner has obligation to say....by he way.. this will be "x".. I have never seen this in my 10 years in Portugal..

Horrible service, prices like in Ritz, we were told that the dish we chose was finished and alternative presented was an 80 euros dish for 2 - how is that even possible? When asked for alternative for the french fries, it was not possible to change.. Definitely stay away from this restaurant.
