★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great local place, but we were overcharged for a particular fish. in other restaurants it is by the portion and they charged by weight. so, make sure you look at the menu first before ordering a fish just by looking at it - which is the custom in Portugal...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't be fooled by appearance of the restaurant. As my wife says, it might need a slight touch with paint brush to give some fresh look, but food is seriously good. I live in Portugal for a while already to know what's good portigPort food is.
It's also well priced as for location. Staff is very griendlf and children are very welcome.
Without a doubt will be going back as I love Seisimbra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOURIST TRAP, DONT GO THERE!!! They told us before we ordered the fish (Dorada) that it was 10€ per person and it was also written on their daily menu! At the end when the bill came they wanted to charge us 30€ person (totally 60€). As we said that we are not willing to pay that price wich was totally surreal, the grumpy owner startet screaming but then quickly went down to 40€ in total wich was still not the price wich we was offered before we ordered. In the end they wanted 30€ wich was still a bit more then what we should have payed but we was done arguing and just payed so we could leave. Horrible service, rude owner and waitress! Absolute NO GO
