★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo ambiente, e fui algumas vezes na Luxury , Lúcia Piloto na Rua Rosa Araújo, mas tive uma péssima experiência, fiquei arrasada, fiz uma marcação para coloração e brushing com um mês de antecedência e sai de lá com o cabelo molhado, disseram que não tinham tempo para secar o meu cabelo, pois estavam atrasados nos trabalhos!
Nunca mais volto com certeza!
Nunca mais voltei, e não recomendo, me senti desrespeitada e discriminada !
Great atmosphere, and I went to Luxury , Lúcia Piloto on Rua Rosa Araújo a few times, but I had a bad experience, I was devastated, I made an appointment for coloring and brushing a month in advance and I left with wet hair, they said no they had time to dry my hair as they were late for work!
I will never come back for sure!
I never went back, and I don't recommend it, I felt disrespected and discriminated against!
